The panoramic KAURI restaurant combines the concept of a gastrobistro and a classic restaurant: unusual dishes, proper portions, authentic dish serving. This mixing allows the chef to create, without any limits, and the guests can learn about new dishes. When creating a dish for the menu, the KAURI restaurant team does not adhere to an established understanding of how it should look, but whether the dish rating according to three criteria: taste, quality of products, and visual attractiveness.
The restaurant offers original Mediterranean cuisine with Asian and Black Sea specialties. Local, always fresh and natural products are used. The menu offers a wide range of items made on josper, pasta, salads, hot dishes and soups, with more than 60 items in total.
The Alpine-style architecture and the Scandinavian style of the interior with natural materials create a special comfort and warmth, expressing a reverent attitude to the surrounding landscape, flora and fauna.
