1. Terms and definitions

  • Skypark AJ Hackett Sochi is a high altitude adventure park at: Krasnodar Krai, Sochi, Adler district, Kazachy Brod, Krasnoflotskaya Street.

  • Online Store is the official website of the Park that sells the services on www.skypark.ru.

  • Personal Account is a personalized online account in the Online Store, and the customer gets access to it after completing the Registration and Authorization procedures.

  • The Buyer is an individual, the owner of a bank card, whose data was used to pay for the services in the Online Store.

  • Ticket / Combo Ticket / Skypass Holder is an individual, whose personal data was used by the Buyer to buy a registered ticket in the Online Store, as well as an individual who actually owns a Ticket that bears no name, or purchased by the Buyer without using any personal data.

  • Ticket is an electronic document of the established sample with a unique QR code, confirming the right of the Ticket Holder to a one-time visit to the Park, or to a one-time visit to a ride, or to receiving any other services in the Park according to the tariff.

  • Skypass is an electronic document of the established sample with a unique QR code, confirming the right of the Owner of the Skypass to multiple visits to the Park within one year from the date of the purchase of such Skypass according to the tariff.

  • Combo Ticket is an electronic document / documents of the established sample with a unique QR code / codes, confirming the right of the Owner of the Combo Ticket to a one-time visit to several rides at once according to the tariff.

  • Cash receipt is an electronic payment document sent to the Buyer’s email address specified in the Personal Account, or personally when purchasing a Ticket, a Combo ticket, or a Skypass in the Online Store.

2. Ticket Refund Policy

  • At the initiative of the Buyer, the Ticket / Skypass can only be refunded if the service was not provided (there was no passage through the turnstile of the Park, or any other service was not received in the Park). If you used the Ticket / Skypass to pass through the turnstile of the Park, or received a service in the Park, the Ticket / Skypass is considered activated and cannot be refunded.

  • A Combo Ticket is refunded only if none of the services included in this tariff were provided. If, at the initiative of the Owner of the Combo Ticket, the service was provided only partially, the Combo Ticket is considered fully activated and cannot be refunded. At the same time, the Owner of the Combo Ticket has the right to continue using unused services until the expiration of the Combo Ticket. Transfer of the remaining services to any third parties is not allowed.

  • Refunds are not available for Tickets / Combo Tickets / Skypasses:

  • purchased as a gift to another person;

  • purchased on a special offer or at a discount;

  • in case of no-show, if there was a reservation;

  • upon expiration of 3 months;

  • At the request of the Owner, the unused Ticket / Combo ticket 3 months after the date of its purchase can be extended only once and for a period of no more than 3 months.

  • A refund request shall be submitted by the Ticket / Combo Ticket / Skypass Holder during their validity period.

  • To ensure safety, the Park administration reserves the right to organize and plan possible temporary / permanent termination of access to the Park, as well as to close the rides for technical reasons for routine maintenance, due to adverse weather conditions, or force majeure circumstances.

  • A Skypass refund is only possible if there were no passes through the Park turnstile with this Skypass.

  • To return the cost of the Ticket from the Online Store, please fill out the application form for a refund (download), send a scanned copy of it, as well as a scanned copy of the applicant's identity document, a copy of the Cash Receipt and a copy of the Ticket received by e-mail at the time of purchase.

  • The refund is in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and is made within 10 days from the date of submission of all necessary documents by the Buyer. If the last day on which the refund is to be made falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the refund shall be made on the first business day after the weekend (public holiday).

  • After the refund is made by the Park, the funds are credited to the Buyer's account within 5-30 business days (the period depends on the Bank that issued your bank card). The Park is not responsible for delays in the receipt of the refund by the Ticket Buyer. The fact of the refund is the date when the money was withdrawn from the Park's account. A refund is only possible to the bank card with which the order was paid.

  • If it is impossible to visit the Park or use a Ticket for a ride due to the fault of the Park Administration, or in case when one or more rides were closed for maintenance or due to unfavorable conditions, the Ticket price is refunded to the Buyer in accordance with the procedure provided for in this Policy and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
