1. Terms and definitions

  • Park - an adventure park at the height of Skypark AJ Hackett Sochi, located at the address: Krasnodar Territory, Sochi, Adler District, c. Cossack Brod, Krasnoflotskaya street.
  • Internet Shop - the official website of the Park, intended for the acquisition of the services of the Park, and located at the web address www.skypark.pro.
  • Personal Account - a personalized online account in the Online Store, access to which the client receives after going through the Registration and Authorization procedure.
  • Buyer - an individual, the owner of a bank card, the data of which was used to pay for services in the Online Store.
  • Owner of a Ticket / Combo-Ticket / Annual Subscription - an individual whose personal data was used by the Buyer when issuing a personalized ticket in the Online Store, as well as an individual who actually has a non-registered Ticket or purchased by the Buyer without using personal data.
  • Ticket - an electronic document of a standard form with a unique QR code confirming the Ticket Holder’s right to a one-time visit to the Park, or to a one-time visit to an attraction, or to receive other services in the Park, according to the purchased fare.
  • Annual Subscription - an electronic document of a standard form with a unique QR code confirming the right of the Annual Subscription Holder to visit the Park multiple times within one year from the date of purchase of the Annual Subscription, according to the purchased tariff.
  • Combo-Ticket - an electronic document / documents of a standard form with a unique QR code / codes, confirming the right of the Combo-Ticket Owner to a single visit to several attractions at once, according to the purchased tariff.
  • Cashier's check - an electronic payment document sent to the Buyer by e-mail address specified in the Personal Account, or indicated directly upon purchase of the Ticket, Combo-ticket, Subscription in the Online Store.

2. Return Policy

  • At the buyer's initiative, a refund of the cost of the Ticket / Annual Subscription only if a service has not been provided on it (the passage through the Park’s turnstile has not been completed or other services have not been received in the Park). If the Ticket / Annual Subscription has been accessed through the Park’s turnstile or the service has been received in the Park, the Ticket / Annual Subscription is considered activated and is non-refundable.
  • Refund of the cost of the Combo-Ticket is made only if none of the services included in this tariff has been provided. In the event when, at the initiative of the Combo-Ticket Holder, the service was provided only partially, the Combo-Ticket is considered to be fully activated and is non-refundable. In this case, the Owner of the Combo-Ticket has the right to further use unused services until the expiration of the validity of the Combo-Tickets. Transfer of the remaining services to third parties is not allowed.
  • Refunds are not made for Tickets / Annual Subscriptions / Combo tickets:
    • purchased as a gift to another person;
    • purchased on special offers or at a discount;
    • in case of no-show if there is a reservation;
    • in case of expiration of 3 months;
  • At the Owner’s request, the renewal of an unused Ticket / Combo ticket, for which 3 months have expired from the date of purchase, is possible only once for a period not exceeding 3 more months.
  • The application for refund is submitted by the Ticket / Combo-Ticket or Subscription Owner during the validity period of the Ticket / Combo-Ticket or Annual Pass.
  • In order to ensure the safety of guests, the Park Administration reserves the right to organize and plan a possible temporary / permanent termination of access to the Park territory, as well as to close the rides for technical reasons for routine preventive maintenance, due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure.
  • Refund of the cost of the Annual Entry Subscription is possible only if no passage through the Park’s turnstile has been made on this Subscription.
  • To return the cost of the Ticket paid in the Online Store, you need to fill out the application for a refund (download), send it a completed scan copy, as well as a scan copy of the applicant’s identity document, a copy of the Cashier Check and a copy of the Ticket received by e-mail at purchase.
  • The refund is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and is made within 10 days from the date the buyer submits all the necessary documents. If the last day when a return is to be made falls on a weekend or holiday, then the return must be made on the first working day after the weekend (holiday).
  • After the return is made by the Park, the funds arrive at the Buyer's account within 5-30 business days (the period depends on the Bank that issued your bank card). The Park is not responsible for delays in receiving refunds by the Buyer of the ticket. The fact of refund is considered the date of debiting funds from the account of the Park. Refunds are only possible on the bank card with which the order was made.
  • If it is impossible to visit the Park or use the Amusement Ticket due to the fault of the Park Administration, as well as when one or several amusements closed for maintenance or due to adverse conditions are not working in the Park, the ticket price is returned to the buyer in the manner provided for in this Policy and current legislation of the Russian Federation.
